NEET-SS 2019 application form has opened; Apply at natboard.edu

New Delhi, May 8: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the application form of NEET-SS 2019 in online mode on May 8; last date to submit completed applications is May28. NEET-SS application is for admission to super-speciality courses, which include DM and MCh courses.

To appear in the exam, the candidate needs to have passed MS degree or hold a provisional pass certificate. Additionally, the candidate also must be registered with the MCI/State Medical Council.

NEET-SS 2019 will be conducted in computer-based mode on June 29. At the time of filling the application form, a candidate is allowed to choose a maximum of two super-speciality courses, provided the candidate is eligible for the chosen courses based on his/her broad speciality qualification.

How to fill NEET-SS application form

1. Click on the application link given above

2. The candidate will be directed to an instructions page

3. Go through the instructions carefully before starting new registration

4. In the registration form, enter name, DOB, gender, nationality, etc.

5. Upon successful registration, user ID and password will be generated

6. Proceed to fill the form and upload photograph and signature

7. Select exam city

8. Pay the exam fee

9. Submit the application form and take a printout to complete the process

Mode of payment: The fee can be paid through online payment gateway using internet banking, credit or debit cards.

Scope of NEET-SS

Please note that no other entrance exam, other than NEET-SS, will be conducted for admission to DM/MCh courses in India, except for the following institutions for current academic session:

• AIIMS, New Delhi

• PGIMER, Chandigarh

• JIPMER, Puducherry

• NIMHANS, Bengaluru

• Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology,

Issue of NEET-SS Admit Cards

Candidates who successfully complete the application submission process will be issued admit cards on June 21. An important document for appearing in the exam, the admit card will contain such details like the name of the candidate, roll number, name and address of exam centre, and also date and time of the exam.

After downloading the admit card, the candidate needs to paste a photo on the appropriate place.

Documents to carry alongside admit card on exam day:

• Photocopy of permanent or provisional SMC/MCI registration

• A valid photo ID proof in original, which may be any one of the following - PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, or Aadhaar Card
