Registrations for NEET SS counselling 2022 are now open at mcc.nic.in till November 28. Seat allotment results delayed 10 days as per court orders.

NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has commenced the registrations for the National Eligibility Entrance Test for Super-Specialty (NEET SS) counselling 2022 on the official website- mcc.nic.in.
MCC has began the registration process for the NEET Ss counselling 2022, however, as per court orders, the seat allotment results for round-1 of NEET SS counselling will be delayed by 10 days to enable the parties to approach to the supreme court.

“In order to enable the parties to approach the Hon’ble Supreme Court, 10 days time is granted. Till such time, if the Central Authorities want to go ahead with the counselling as scheduled by them to have the registration of candidates, they can go ahead with the same provided no final allotment orders be given to any candidates encroaching upon the 50% of seats reserved for in service candidates in Super Specialty courses available in the Government Medical Colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu for the academic year 2022-23 as per G.O Ms. No. 462 issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu” read the MCC official statement.
Previously, the NEET SS seat allotment results were to be released on December 1, 2022. Candidates were scheduled to report to their allotted institutes by December 7, 2022. However, the seat allotment results are currently on hold while the registrations for NEET SS counselling are being conducted as per schedule.
