NEET UG 2024 scorecard, OMR answer sheet, candidate data available on UMANG, DigiLocker: NTA

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be uploading the candidate data of National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test undergraduate (NEET UG 2024) on the UMANG and DigiLocker platforms of the Government of India. The decision was made after the testing agency received numerous grievances regarding the NEET OMR answer sheets. Candidates who have qualified the NEET UG exam will be able to login through these platforms to download the NEET documents.

Candidates who registered for NEET UG 2024 can now access their confirmation page, NTA NEET score card, and the scanned image of their OMR answer sheet through the UMANG and DigiLocker platforms.

“All candidates are encouraged to log in to the above platforms and directly access their documents. This measure addresses and resolves the requests and grievances of candidates regarding their OMR sheets and other related documents,” the NTA said.

“This initiative is aimed at facilitating easier and quicker access to essential examination documents. All requests related to the documents mentioned above will be considered resolved through this measure. In case any candidate faces difficulty in downloading the Admit Card for the NEET (UG) – 2024, he/she may contact 011 - 40759000 / 011 - 69227700 or e-mail at neet@nta.ac.in,” it added.

The NEET UG 2024 exam was held on May 5 in 557 cities throughout India and 14 cities abroad. More than 23.33 lakh aspirants seeking admission in MBBS, BDS and related courses appeared in the medical entrance exam. However, question paper mismatch, paper leak, and time loss allegations started surfacing after the exam. The unprecedented number of NEET toppers also raised several suspicions. The matter was taken up by the Supreme Court and a re-exam was held for 1,563 candidates on June 23 and the results were declared on June 30.
