NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has declared the final seat allotment results for round 1 NEET UG counselling 2024. A total of 26,109 students, who qualified National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG 2024) and registered for MCC AIQ counselling, have been allotted MBBS, BDS seats as per the eligibility criteria in round 1. Candidates will be able to download the NEET UG seat allotment results from the official website, mcc.nic.in.

All 17 NEET UG toppers have been allotted MBBS seats in AIIMS Delhi. The entrance exam was marred by irregularities, paper leak allegations and more, and the petitions seeking cancellation of the exam were dismissed by the Supreme Court. However, the National Testing Agency (NTA) was directed to publish revised NEET UG results.
The reporting for round 1 of MCC NEET UG counseling 2024 is available now. The counselling committee instructed candidates to download their NEET UG provisional allotment letters and proceed for reporting.
“Candidates can get PwD certificates issued from Designated Disability Centres upto 05:00 P.M of 09.09.2024 for 2nd Round of UG Counselling 2024. The Working Hours of Call Center of MCC will be from 09:00 A.M upto 06:00 P.M on 26.08.2024 (Monday) on account of Janamashtami,” it said.
As per the schedule, the last date to report at the allotted college is August 29. Following which, the medical colleges will verify the data of candidates who have taken admission and the data will be shared by MCC between August 30 and 31. Candidates are required to carry NEET UG seat allotment letter, and all necessary documents including eight passport size photographs same as the one uploaded on the application form to the allotted college while reporting.
MCC NEET counselling is held for 15% All India Quota seats for MBBS, BDS in states, 100% open seats at BHU (MBBS and BDS), 100% open MBBS seats at AIIMS across India, Open quota seats at JIPMER (Puducherry, Karaikal), Open quota seats at AMU, 15% All India Quota seats at DU, IP University, Open seats in the faculty of dentistry at Jamia Millia Islamia, 15% All India Quota seats at ESIC, 100% seats in deemed universities, and BSc Nursing programmes.
