NEST 2020 application deadline extended till May 6

NEW DELHI: NISER Bhubaneswar along with UM-DAE CBS has extended the application deadline of NEST 2020 to May 6. Candidates who wish to take admission in five years integrated programmes offered at NISER Bhubaneswar and Centre of Excellence in Basic Sciences, University of Mumbai (set up by Department of Atomic Energy) can submit their applications till the last date of submission.

This is for the second time that the NEST 2020 application deadline is getting extended. Initially, the application deadline for NEST registration was March 31, which was then further extended to April 19. The admit card is expected to be released on May 22, tentatively.

In addition to the NEST exam, UM-DAE CBS will also offer its seats through Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna (KVPY) and National Science Olympiad. A total of 12 seats will be offered through KVPY and 2 seats will be offered through the National Science Olympiad in the five years integrated M.Sc programme. The last date of applications for admissions through the National Science Olympiad and KVPY score is June 20.
