Download NowNEW DELHI: NISER and UM-DAE CEBS have released the NEST 2021 revised dates for the entrance exam, admit card release and result announcement. As per the new schedule, the NEST admit card 2021 will be released on August 3 and the entrance exam will be conducted on August 14. The NEST 2021 result will be declared on September 1.
Earlier, the NEST 2021 exam was postponed due to the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic.
Candidates who wish to apply for the entrance exam are advised to fill and submit the NEST application form 2021 by July 15. However, candidates should check the eligibility criteria before they start to fill the NEST 2021 application form. After checking eligibility, candidates have to first register themselves by entering their email ID and mobile number in the login portal given on the official website - nestexam.in.
After completing the registration process, candidates can proceed to fill the NEST application form 2021. While filling the NEST application form 2021, candidates will be given an option to select upto five cities as preferences for the NEST 2021 exam centres. Applicants are also required to upload their scanned image and photograph in the prescribed format and size.
Candidates have to make sure that all the personal and academic details mentioned in the NEST 2021 application form is correct. In case of any discrepancy found in the NEST application form 2021, applicants will lose their candidacy for admission.
Once candidates have filled the NEST 2021 application form and uploaded the required documents, they have to remit the application fee through credit card, debit card or net banking. Male candidates of general category have to pay an application fee of Rs1,200, while other category students are required to pay Rs 600.
