NEW DELHI: The National Entrance Screening Test (NEST 2023) application correction window has been opened today, May 26, 2023. Candidates that submitted their NEST application form and wish to make edit in their form will be able to do so at the official website- nestexam.in till May 29, 2023.

As per the official schedule, the NEST 2023 exam date is June 24, 2023. The NEST syllabus consists of five subjects- mathematics, general, chemistry, physics, and biology. The exam will be held for a duration if 3 hours and 30 minutes. NEST question paper 2023 will be divided into 4 sections that carry 150 marks each. For all sections except section 2, 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

Steps to correct details on NEST 2023 application form

  • Visit the official NEST 2023 website- nestexam.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the login link.
  • Login using application number, login ID and password.
  • Update necessary fields and submit.

"The SMAS score of the best three subject scores from four subjects will be considered for the merit list preparation for NEST 2023 (for both NISER and CEBS). A candidate can choose any three subjects or all four subjects in the test. It was different in NEST2022, where the SMAS of all four subjects were considered for preparing the NISER merit list." read the official NEST website.

There are 92 NEST exam centres 2023 across India. Candidates can select up to five NEST exam centres based on their preferences when filling out the application form.
