NEST 2024 admit card date extends to June 20; exam on June 30

NEW DELHI: The National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar has extended the National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) 2024 admit card date. Candidates who registered for the exam will now be able to download the NEST 2024 admit card by June 20.

Earlier the NEST 2024 admit card was scheduled to be out on June 15. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the NEST 2024 admit card. Candidates can download the NEST 2024 admit card through the official website, nextexam.in.

The NEST 2024 entrance exam is scheduled to be held on June 30 and will be conducted in computer-based mode. Candidates will have 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete the exam. The exam conducting body will announce the NEST 2024 results on July 10.

The NEST admit card 2024 carries details such as the candidate’s name, enrollment number, category, gender, applied programme, application form number, exam centre address and exam day instructions.

It is mandatory for candidates to carry their NEST admit card 2024 to the exam centre along with a photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, passport and driving license. Without the NEST admit card, candidates will not be allowed to attend the entrance test.

The NEST entrance exam is conducted by the NISER and the University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE-CEBS) to enrol students into a five-year integrated Master of Science (MSc) programme offered by the participating institutes.
