New Delhi, April 24: The admit card of NEST 2019 has been released in an online mode. The eligible candidates who have successfully registered for the screening test can download their hall ticket from the link given below. The admit card, also called as a hall ticket, is a hall pass that the candidates are highly suggested to carry with themselves before visiting the examination centre which allows them to take the screening test. 

The NEST 2019 admit card will include the details like candidates’ name, address, category, name of the programme for which he/she is applying for, roll number, date and time of the examination, exact venue/location of the allotted examination centre. The back of the admit card also states the rules and regulations that the candidates should never forget to read before going to take the screening test. The candidates are highly suggested to check the details and information printed on their NEST admit card carefully. If any discrepancy/error is found, the university officials are to be informed. Failing to do so will result in candidates losing their candidature.

Steps to download NEST admit card

  1. Visit the official website of NEST

  2. Enter the User ID and Password

  3. Click on Login

  4. On reloading the page an 'Admit Card' tab will appear next to the 'Application Details'

  5. Click on the 'Admit Card' option

The NEST 2019 admit card containing the candidate's details will be displayed. Candidates are suggested to take out multiple printouts for future references.

About NEST

The National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) will be conducted, jointly, by National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) Bhubaneswar and University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS), Mumbai offering five-year integrated M. Sc programmes. The NEST 2019 is scheduled to be held in a computer-based mode in two different sessions in around 91 cities across India. The examination will have 180 marks in total including Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
