NEW DELHI, JANUARY 8: National Institute of Science and Education Research Bhubaneswar (NISER) and University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences(UMDAE CBS) has released the application form of NEST 2020 in online mode. Candidates who wish to take admission in five year integrated M.Sc programmes offered by these two institutes can fill and submit the application form until April 3.

A total of 257 seats will be offered through NEST 2020 in both campuses. There is also an increase of ten seats in overall offered programmes this year, making it up to a total of 257. The application fee for General (Male) candidates is Rs.1200, whereas for the rest of the categories application fee is Rs.600.
Registered candidates can download their admit card from April 24. NEST 2020 will be conducted in two different sessions on June 6. i.e, Session 1 (9am - 12:30pm), Session 2 - (2pm - 5:30pm). The result of the entrance test will be declared on June 16.
Steps to fill NEST Application Form
Step 1 - Visit the official website of NEST ( nestexam.in )
Step 2 - Register yourself by entering the required details such as mobile number, email ID, date of birth, gender, class 10th roll number/ seat number.
Step 3 - Login using the user ID and password received on the email ID and mobile number
Step 4 - Fill up the required details in the application form such as academic qualifications, personal details and exam city preference (maximum 5) and upload the prerequisite documents.
Step 5 - Pay the application fee by credit card, debit card or net banking

About NEST
National Entrance Screening Test, also known as NEST is an online entrance examination which offers a total of 257 seats (200 - NISER, 57 - CEBS ) in M.Sc Integrated programmes of NISER Bhubaneswar and UMDAE CBS. The three hour thirty minutes computer based test will be conducted in 90 cities across the country. The maximum marks of the test is 180. The examination will be divided into five sections.
