Download NowNEW DELHI: The National Institute of Design (NID) will close the registration window for the Design Aptitude Test (DAT) 2025 tomorrow, December 3. Candidates who have not applied for NID DAT 2025 can fill the application form by visiting the official website, admissions.nid.edu. NID exam date 2025 is January 5, 2025.

The exam will be held in two stages – NID DAT Prelims and NID DAT Mains – for admission to BDes and MDes programmes offered at all NID campuses.
NID DAT 2025 eligibility criteria
Applicants must have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam in any stream from a recognized board to be eligible for the undergraduate programmes. Those appearing for Class 12 exam this year can also apply.
For PG programmes, candidates having a bachelor’s degree of three or four years from a recognised university or those who have studied diploma in design, fine arts, applied arts, or architecture after Class 12 from a recognised institute are eligible.
