Try NowNEW DELHI, JANUARY 19 - NIFT exam has concluded and students found the paper moderately difficult. Candidates who appeared for the NIFT 2020 entrance exam found paper 1 easy while paper 2 (GAT) was a bit difficult for them. The exam was held in offline mode. Students had to answer three questions in CAT wherein the marks distribution was 30, 40 and 30. Many students referred to YouTube and Arihant books for the preparation of the exam.

NIFT 2020 Creative Ability Test (CAT)
Candidates were asked three questions in this section, which candidates had to answer in three hours. The total marks allotted for the exam is 100. Candidate’s intuitive & design ability and observation skills for developing a concept, innovative and creative use of colour and illustration skills were judged in creative ability test.
About NIFT 2020
NIFT exam is conducted every year in pen and paper based mode for those candidates who wish to take admission in design courses. The authorities will release the result in February/March 2020. The shortlisted candidates for B.Des admission will have to appear in the situation test. The final result will be announced in May/June. Candidates who wish to take admission in B.F.Tech, they will be offered admission based on their performance in GAT exam.
