Candidates can submit their NIFT 2026 application forms on the official website at exams.nta.nic.in/niftee.

The NIFT application fee for the 2026–27 is Rs 2,000 for candidates from the Open, OBC and EWS categories, and Rs 500 for SC, ST and PwD candidates for a single programme. The last date to submit the NIFT 2026 applications with a late fee will be January 19. Candidates applying after January 16 will have to pay a late fee of Rs 5,000.
NTA has also added two new examination centres — Vapi and Daman — increasing the total number of NIFT 2026 exam centres to 102 across the country.

As per the official notification, the NIFT 2026 entrance examination will be conducted on February 8. The admission process will have two stages — the written entrance examination followed by the NIFT Situation Test/Interview.
Steps to apply for NIFT 2026
Candidates can follow the steps given below to complete the registration process:
- Visit the official website at exams.nta.nic.in/niftee.
- Click on “New Registration” and enter basic details to generate login credentials.
- Log in and complete the application form with personal, educational and course details.
- Upload scanned copies of the photograph, signature and required documents.
- Pay the application fee via card, net banking or UPI.
- Submit the form and download the confirmation page.
