NIT Raipur has announced NIMCET 2021 exam date at nimcet.in. The entrance exam will be held on August 7.
NEW DELHI : National Institute of Technology, Raipur has announced the NIMCET 2021 exam date. The authorities will conduct the NIMCET 2021 exam on August 7. NIMCET 2021 exam timings will be 9 AM to 11 AM. Earlier, NIT Raipur had postponed NIMCET 2021 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
“NIMCET-2021 examination (CBT) will be held on 7th August 2021 (Saturday) from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the NIMCET-2021 website for further information/ updates/ schedule of events”, the official notice read.
Earlier, the authorities had informed all the ineligible candidates to make a representation (claim) for their eligibility if they wish to do so. All such candidates who wish to make representation for their eligibility are advised to strictly comply with the instructions given to them via email. Students were required to forward legible scanned copies of all supporting documents along with their application form of NIMCET 2021 to email id clarification.nimcet21@nitrr.ac.in on or before June 24, 2021.
Now, along with the NIMCET 2021 exam date, the authorities have also notified students that scrutiny of representations received from ineligible candidates as of June 24 is being carried out by a committee. The result of the scrutiny will be conveyed to concerned candidates through email latest by July 15. Those candidates are advised to wait for an email till the said date regarding their final eligibility status.
The National Institute of Technology Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) is conducted by one of the NITs. The entrance exam serves as a screening test for admissions into MCA programmes offered at NITs.
