NIOS Result 2025: Candidates can apply for result correction within 30 days from the date of declaration of the result.
The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has declared the NIOS Class 10, 12 result 2025 today, June 30. Students who appeared for the NIOS public exam held in October–November 2025 can check their results through the official website at nios.ac.in.
Students will have to enter their enrollment number to check their result and download the NIOS Class 10 and Class 12 scorecard 2025. The scorecard will carry details such as the student’s name, enrollment number, course, subject-wise marks, total marks, result status, and other examination-related information.
Verify NIOS Class 10, 12 result details after declaration
NIOS has asked students to verify the details mentioned in the result, including name, enrollment number, subjects, and marks. Any discrepancy in the result should be reported to the concerned NIOS regional centre within the notified timeframe.
The NIOS has issued guidelines for candidates seeking NIOS Class 10, 12 result correction. As per the guidelines, candidates can apply for result correction within 30 days from the date of declaration of the public examination result. An amount of Rs 50 is required to be paid for each correction request.
During the application process, candidates will have to choose the type of correction from the available options, which include practical marks not included in the result, Tutor Marked Assignment (TMA) marks not included in the result, Transfer of Credit (TOC) marks not included in the result, or being marked absent in theory. Once the correction type is selected, learners have to choose the payment gateway and pay the processing fee.

NIOS Class 10, 12 result rechecking and re-evaluation
Candidates who wish to apply for NIOS Class 10 and Class 12 result rechecking or re-evaluation can do so as per the notified fee structure. For the Public Examination, the rechecking charge is Rs 400 per subject for both Secondary and Senior Secondary courses, while the re-evaluation fee is Rs 1,000 per subject.
For the on-demand examination, the rechecking fee remains Rs 400 per subject for Secondary and Senior Secondary courses, while the re-evaluation charge is Rs 1,200 per subject. In addition to these fees, an online processing charge of Rs 50 will be applicable for each request.
