Check NowNEW DELHI: The authority of NIPER, Ahmedabad has informed that the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Joint Entrance Examination (NIPER JEE) has been postponed again till further notice. In the official public notice by the chairman of NIPER JEE, all aspirants are also informed that the new date of the exam will be announced soon and are advised to visit the official website niperahm.ac.in, regularly for any kind of updates. The application process for the NIPER exam has been ended on June 25, 2020.
Earlier through an official notice on May 8, 2020, Joint Counselling Committee (JCC) had postponed the NIPER JEE exam from June 14 to July 25, 2020, due to the increasing effect of Coronavirus across the nation.

About the exam
NIPER JEE exam will be held in a computer-based mode for granting admission to NIPER institutes located in Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Hajipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Raebarelli and SAS Nagar. On the basis of entrance exam authorities will grant admission to 820 seats offered in Masters in Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Masters of Science (MS Pharm), Masters of Technology (M.Tech Pharm), and Ph. D courses.
The computer-based examination will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours. There will be a total of 200 multiple-choice questions. One mark will be awarded for each correct response, while an incorrect response will deduct 0.25 mark.
