NLU Delhi's Two-month online programme with 15 live sessions; eligibility open to students, lawyers and professionals

National Law University (NLU) Delhi, through its Centre for Regulatory Studies (CRS), has launched a certificate course on ‘Intellectual Property Rights: Law and Practice’ in collaboration with legal education platform Mentblue. Candidates interested in the course can register at mentblue.com/courses
As per the NLU Delhi press release, the certificate course is aimed at law students, lawyers, in-house counsel, and professionals seeking practical exposure to intellectual property law and related commercial practices.
The course will be conducted online over two months and consists of 15 live sessions spread across seven modules. Classes will be held on weekends, with participants receiving access to session recordings for six months after completion.
As per NLU Delhi, the course covers key areas of intellectual property law, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, industrial designs, geographical indications, trade secrets, data protection, and IP licensing. It also includes drafting exercises and assignment workshops designed to provide hands-on exposure to practical legal work.
