Applicants interested in admission to NMIMS B.Design course can apply online by visiting the institute's official website. NMIMS B.Design

  • Applicants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam including International Baccalaureate Diploma.
  • Candidates of CBSE/ ICSE board need to mention in the online registration/ e-admission form (if selected) 10+2 or equivalent marks of all the subjects.
  • If the marksheet issued by the applicable Board/ Institution is in percentile, the actual aggregate percentage of all the subjects will be taken into consideration.
  • Applicants above 25 years of age are not eligible to apply.
  • IB & Cambridge applicants are called for admission on the basis of merit list & if they do not have their 10+2 or equivalent examination marksheets, they will be given “Provisional Admission” based on predicted scores. Fees will be accepted from such candidates but their admission will be confirmed only after the submission of the final marksheet before the commencement of the program.
  • Aspirants who have passed, or, are appearing for 10+2 exam from a Board/ University where Grade Point Average is given, must produce in writing the equivalent percentage for the GPA/ CGPA obtained.
  • Candidates whose final marksheet is not available at the time of admission are required to upload a copy of the result duly attested by the Principal of the school/ college, failing which they will not be admitted for the program.

NMIMS B.Design 2022: Selection process

The selection for NMIMS B.Des programme is done on the basis of the NMIMS Design Aptitude Test (DAT). The test consists of Online Studio Test, Portfolio Review and Online Personal Interview. In order for applicants to be considered for the merit list they must attempt all the steps.
