All schools from nursery to Class 12, colleges, and technical institutes will remain closed but can run online classes.

NEW DELHI: Noida schools, colleges, and other educational institutions will remain closed on September 21 and 22 in view of the UP International Trade Show 2023, the district magistrate announced. The educational institutions can run online classes during this time period.

The trade show will be organised from September 21 to September 25 in Greater Noida expo centre and a moto-g expo will be held from September 22 to September 24 in Buddha international circuit.

“UP International Trade Show 2023 is being organized at Greater Noida Expo Center from 21st to 25th September 2023 in Gautam Buddha Nagar district and Moto G is being organized at Buddha International Circuit, Greater Noida from 22nd to 24th September 2023, in which there is a possibility of crowd of spectators..” read an official notice.

“In order to ensure that there is no inconvenience to the students and parents in view of law, security arrangements and transport arrangements, there will be holiday in all the institutions on 21st September 2023 and 22nd September 2023 in compliance with the instructions given by the District Magistrate,” it added.

Another notice issued for the schools affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council for School Certificate Examination (CISCE), and International Baccalaureate (IB) boards said that schools will remain closed after 2 pm on September 21 till September 22 for all classes from nursery to Class 12.
