NRTI 2021: Know programmes and admission criteria

NEW DELHI: The National Rail and Transport Institution (NRTI) is likely to begin admission for the 2021-22 session soon. As per the admission guidelines, candidates keen to apply for NRTI 2021 UG and PG programmes need to qualify the eligibility criteria outlined for individual courses. The institute, like previous years, will conduct NRTI 2021 undergraduate and postgraduate entrance tests as a standard measure for student assessment for admissions.
NRTI 2021 entrance exam is a computer-based test held in English language. The entrance test is timed for 90 minutes in which candidates will have to answer 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The total marks of the NRTI 2021 UG and PG entrance test is 100. There is a negative marking of 0.25 for every incorrect answer.
The admissions to B.Tech courses is based on the marks obtained by candidates in their 10+2 level and JEE mains score. Any discrepancy found in the details entered by the candidates in the application form is subject to a withdrawal of candidature. No applications submitted after the NRTI 2021 admission deadline will be accepted by the admission committee.

For BBA and BSc programmes, NRTI has an allocated 125 seats, for the BTech programmes, it has 60 seats and for all the PG programmes it has 100 seats. Following the Government of India regulations, NRTI gives reservations to candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC and EWS category. Candidates belonging to the PwD, Kashmiri Migrants and Ex-Servicemen are offered the advantage of supernumerary seats.
