December 31, 2019: National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline to register for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2020 (NEET). This has been informed to the candidates through an official notification, screenshot of the same is provided below. Earlier the last date for online registration was December 31, 2019. This date has now been shifted to January 6, 2020. This shift in date is due to lot of request received by the authorities regarding the same.. NEET from the year 2020 has become the single under graduate level medical entrance examination, this is because AIIMS and JIPMER have been brought under the ambit of the former.
