The National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to release the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET 2020) result on October 16, 2020, at nta.neet.nic.in. The combined NEET result will be announced for over 13 lakh candidates appeared in India's single largest medical entrance examination on September 13 & October 14, 2020, respectively. Candidates should know that NEET 2020 result can only be downloaded up to 90 days from the date of declaration. On the grounds of NEET 2020 scores seats in 80,055, MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, and 525 BVSc & AH will be granted. Check more details on NEET UG result below.

How to download NTA NEET 2020 Result?
Candidates who wish to know the steps to download NEET result 2020 must follow the instructions mentioned below.

Visit the NTA official website, ntaneet.nic.in

Click on the “View NEET-UG 2020 Result” tab given on the screen.

The roll number, Date of Birth, and the security pin provided on the NEET candidate login page should be entered.

NEET 2020 result will be displayed on the screen

Verify the details mentioned in the NEET results and take it printouts for future references.
NEET 2020 qualifying cutoff and expected scores
Along with the result, NTA will also release the category-wise NEET 2020 cutoff scores. In order to qualify for the exam, aspirants are required to obtain a minimum qualifying percentile of NEET 2020. The expected NEET 2020 cutoff percentile & scores have been mentioned in the table below, candidates can go through it for their convenience.

What Next after NEET 2020 Result Declaration?
After the declaration of the results, NEET 2020 counselling will be conducted for candidates who will qualify the entrance exam. The counselling for NEET 2020 will be conducted in two types- All India NEET 2020 counselling, which will be held for 15% of the seats in all government colleges of the country as well as the prescribed quota under the Central Universities and 100% of the seats in deemed universities. And, State-wise NEET counselling 2020 which will be held for the 85% of the remaining government seats as well as 100% of the seats in private colleges. Dates for the same will be released soon.
