NTA releases UGC NET answer key 2018 for December session; check details here
NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 29: National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official answer key of UGC NET on December 29, 2018. The answer key has been released in online mode. Candidates can check the answer key till January 1, 2019 To check the answer key, candidates must visit the official website - https://www.nta.ac.in/, and enter the login credentials.

UGC NET answer key 2018 contains the correct answers to all the question sets provided to the candidates on the examination day. By going through the answer key, candidates can calculate their expected marks and predict their probability to qualify the exam.
Along with the answer key, the authority has also released the answer key challenge window. In case of any discrepancy spotted in the official answer key, candidates can raise objection by clicking on the check box given in the answer key window alongside the correct answer option. Candidates must also make a payment of Rs. 1000/- per question. The answer key can be challenged from December 29 till January 1, 2019. (5:00 pm ). After the scrutiny of the provisional answer key, NTA will release the final answer key on the basis of which result will be declared on January 10, 2019.
The exam of UGC NET 2018 for December session was conducted from December 18 to 22. For the first time, the exam was conducted by NTA in online mode. UGC NET exam was conducted in multiple sessions for two papers - paper I and II. Paper I was conducted for a total of 100 marks while paper II contained 200 marks question. The exam was conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates as Assistant Professor and awarding Junior Research Fellowship Programme (JRF).
