NTA to reopen NEET 2020 application correction window from July 4

Download EBookNEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) on July 3, 2020, has decided to reopen the application form correction facility for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) from July 4, 2020, at ntaneet.nic.in. Only aspirants who have registered themselves on or before the last date can edit their particulars choice of exam cities through the correction window till July 15, 2020, up to 5:00 PM and the submission of the fee can be done up to 11:50 PM. As per the notice, the authority will also make an effort to allot the city of the examination to the candidates chosen by them in the application form.
Human Resource Development (HRD) minister through his tweet has informed to postpone NEET 2020 exam to September 13, considering the current COVID-19 situation in the country. NEET admit card 2020 will be made available 15 days prior to the entrance examination. A copy of the official notice released by the authority has been attached below.

How to avail the NEET 2020 application correction window?
Below are the steps to edit the particulars in the application form.

Go to the official website of www.ntaneet.nic.in

Click on ‘Candidate Login’, enter application number and password to login

Click on the option for NEET UG correction window for editing details

The application form will appear on the screen

Edit/delete the required filled in fields as required

After corrections, save the details corrected and enter OTP received
-
Pay the additional fees, if required as per the category
-
Click on ‘Final Submit’ for submission of application form

Take at least two to three printouts of correction slip for future references
Applicants whose applications will be accepted by the authority can download admit cards after August 30, 2020. NTA will be conducted for admission to 82,926 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH and 525 BVSc & AH offered by respective colleges across India.
