NTA UGC NET 2020 September 24 exam concludes amid Covid 19, questions moderately difficult

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency has commenced UGC NET 2020 June 2020 exam from September 24 onwards. The first and second shift of today’s session have been concluded and the questions were on expected lines. Most of the candidates did not find any major hiccups in the questions that were asked in UGC NET 2020 exam. The exam was conducted in online mode at examination centres across the country. Experts have given detailed exam analysis for both the shifts held today.

Today, UGC NET 2020 exam was conducted for the following subjects: Adult Education/ Continuing Education/ Andragogy/ Non Formal Education, Chinese, Comparative Study of Religions, Dogri, German, Gujarati, Indian Culture, Japanese, Kannada, Konkani, Maithili, Manipuri, Persian, Prakrit, Rajasthani, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Spanish, Tribal and Regional Language/Literature

UGC NET 2020 Exam Analysis

As per the students who appeared for today’s exam, the questions in the exam were generic in nature. Main focus of the major questions was on teaching/research aptitude and knowledge of the candidate. Below table shows the section wise question distribution and difficulty level:

As per the students who appeared for the today’s NTA UGC NET exam, wearing of face masks was mandatory for all the candidates. Candidates were also allowed to carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer inside the exam hall. The exam will also be conducted tomorrow for different subjects. The last exam of UGC NET 2020 is on November 11.

About the exam

The National Testing Agency conducts UGC NET exam twice every year. The purpose of the exam is to act as a qualifying examination for recruitment of Assistant Professors and JRFs across universities and colleges in the country. The exam is conducted in online mode.
