NEW DELHI, JANUARY 25: SCERT, Punjab has released the NTSE stage 1 result for the state on the official website. The council released the overall result for all the candidates who appeared for the exam on November 4, 2018. It also has released the merit list of selected candidates who have qualified for NTSE stage 2.
The total number of candidates who appeared for NTSE stage 1 2019 from Punjab is 36938 out of which 93 candidates have qualified for stage 2. The overall result mentions details like name roll number, date-of-birth, category, marks obtained in SAT and MAT and total marks.
Here are the steps to check the result:
Visit the official website - http://ssapunjab.org/scert/circulars_scert.html
Click on ‘Public notice regarding regarding NTSE stage 1 exam’
Click on Overall result or Selected students
Look for your name and roll number in the list of Selected students
On finding it, download and save the result on your desktop
Take a print-out and keep it safe for future
Students with their names in the Selected list will now appear for the NTSE stage 2 slated to be held on May 12, 2019. The admit card for stage 2 exam will release online in the third week of April on the official website of NCERT. The NTSE stage 2 result will be announced in the second week of September 2019 in the online mode. Shortlisted students will be awarded NTSE 2019 scholarship.
