Odisha state scholarship application deadline extended till May 20

Scholarship: Candidates can apply for E-Medhabruti, Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti scholarships on Odisha state scholarship portal at scholarship.odisha.gov.in.
NEW DELHI: The Odisha higher education department has extended the last date to apply for the Odisha state scholarship E-Medhabruti scholarship and the Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti scholarship 2021-22 for all categories to May 20, 2022. The deadline for online validation by the heads of institutes or principals has also been extended to May 31, the department of higher education, Odisha tweeted. Candidates can apply for these scholarships on the scholarship portal Odisha at scholarship.odisha.gov.in.
"The dateline for online application and validation for all categories of ‘e-Medhabruti’ & ‘Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti’ scholarship for the year 2021-22 has been extended as detailed below: Extended last date of Online Application for students - 20.05.2022. Extended last date of Online validation by concerned Heads of Institutes/Principals-31.05.2022," the tweet from DHE Odisha read.

E-Medhabruti scholarship by the Odisha government is for students who are pursuing their undergraduate, postgraduate, technical and professional courses. Under the scholarship, residents of Odisha whose parents’ income is not more than Rs 6 lakh per annum will receive financial aid. Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti scholarship is for students who are doing undergraduate or postgraduate courses in the Odia language. Students who score more than 90 percent in Odia language in bachelor’s degree or at the higher secondary level are eligible for this scholarship.
