Download NowNEW DELHI: Over 3 crore students, 19.64 lakh parents and 5.10 lakh teachers have registered for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s eighth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC 2025) so far, the ministry of education said.
PPC 2025 is an annual event , wherein PM Narendra Modi interacts with the students before the board exams to relieve stress. The registrations for PPC 2025 commenced on December 14, 2024 and will be open till January 14.
As per the official website, more than 300 lakh students, over 19.60 lakh teachers and 5.09 plus lakh parents have registered for the eighth edition of PPC 2025.
In order to select participants for PPC 2025, the ministry conducts an online Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) competition for students from class 6 to 12 where teachers, and parents can also participate.
PM Modi will also interact with parents and teachers in order to guide them in supporting students to “accomplish all their dreams and goals,” the ministry said.
“Prime Minister's visionary initiative continues to inspire millions, offering a platform for the nation’s young minds to connect, share their thoughts, ask questions, and embrace stress-free exams with confidence,” the ministry added.
Around 2500 students who will participate in the main event will receive PPC 2025 kits, the ministry added. The 8th edition of PPC is proposed to be held at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, in January 2025.
