Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh has released the merit lists of UP PG medical 2019 for second round of counselling on April 19 separately for MD/MS and MDS courses. The lists are prepared using NEET PG 2019 scores of candidates who registered for round two between April 16 and 18. Both the lists include important information like name and roll number of the candidate, NEET rank and marks, and category.
In the MD/MS merit list, a total of 909 candidates have been included, while the MDS list has a total of 2755 candidates.

Choice filling
Candidates included in the merit list have to next participate in the choice filling process to be conducted from April 24 (11.30 am) to April 25. When filling choices, it is recommended that one enters as many choices as possible and in the order of preference, to maximize one’s chances of admission.
The allotment of seats will be made based on both the merit rank of the candidate and also choices filled for admission. The result of seat allotment for Round 2 will be declared on April 27.
The counselling of UP PG medical is being conducted in two online rounds; a mop-up round will also be held if there are vacant seats left.
