Pondicherry University PhD registration 2023 deadline extended; seats added for 5 courses

PU PhD entrance exam 2023 application form can be submitted on the official website, pondiuni.edu.in by July 17. Five exam cities cancelled.
NEW DELHI: Pondicherry University has once again extended the last date for registration for PhD admission 2023 to July 17. Candidates who wish to appear in the PU PhD entrance exam 2023 will have to submit the application form before the deadline on the official website, pondiuni.edu.in. This is the second time the university is extending the last date.
“This opportunity is being provided for all those candidates who could not complete their Registration earlier as well as for those candidates who want to apply as fresh candidates,” Pondicherry University said.
The university advised candidates to check the eligibility criteria and the details regarding the PhD progammes offered before applying for the entrance exam.
It also informed candidates that five exam cities have been cancelled for the conduct of the PhD entrance exam due to “administration reasons”. These cities are Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Jaipur and Vijayawada.
Those candidates who already submitted the application form and have opted for these exam cities will be allocated the second preference chosen by them.
