PSEB 10th Result 2022 Out: Nancy Rani topper; girls secure top 3 ranks

NEW DELHI: Nancy Rani from Firozpur has secured the first position with 644 marks in Punjab Board Class 10 exam. This year, girls have secured the top three ranks. Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has declared PSEB 10th result 2022 today at 12:15 pm. The overall pass percentage of students is 97.94% this year. PSEB 10th Result 2022 term 2 live updates.

Nancy Rani is followed by Dilpreet Kaur and Komalpreet at the second and third rank respectively. Dilpreet Kaur also attained 644 marks out of 650, however, due to regulation of the board, Nancy is younger in age therefore Nancy has been declared first and Dilpreet second. Komalpreet secured 642 marks.

PSEB 10th result 2022 term 2 has been prepared with 40% weightage to Term 1 exams, 40% weightage to Term 2, and 20% to co-curricular activities (CCA) or internal assessment (INA). While PSEB 10th exam 2022 Term 2 paper was subjective, Term 1 was objective. Moreover, PSEB has not added pre-board scores in the final result.

A total of 3,23,361 students appeared for PSEB Class 10 board exam 2022 out of which 3,16,699 passed. Of the total passed, 1,68,022 boys passed the exam while 1,41,528 girls cleared the exam. Girls secured a higher pass percentage than boys by securing 99.35% while the overall pass percentage of boys remained at 98.83%.

District-wise, Gurdaspur district has recorded the highest pass percentage followed by Pathankot at second position whereas Firozpur came last.

• Visit the official website pseb.ac.in
• On the home page, click on the ‘Result’ tab.
• Now select the ‘PSEB Class 10 Result 2022’.
• Enter your roll number or name.
• Click on the ‘find result’ tab.
• The Punjab Board 10th result 2022 will get displayed on the screens.
• Take a printout for further reference.
