Quantum University hosts 5th edition of Abhivyakti Literary Fest

Over 10 schools from Roorkee and Saharanpur participated in various competitions and enriched their experience during the Literary Fest.
NEW DELHI: Quantum University organised a 3-Day Literary fest “Abhivyakti” by bringing together a pool of thinkers, writers, and poets on campus. The fest ended with the Kavyanjali a poetry recitation. Over 10 schools from Roorkee and Saharanpur participated in various competitions and enriched their experience during the Literary Fest.
The fest was conducted from October 6 to October 8, 2023 providing a literary exposure for students, faculty, and enthusiasts within the heart of the campus.

This 5th edition of Abhivyakti had various events with the objective to exhibit and celebrate skills and talents in the field of Culture, Literary, and other such activities.
Abhivyakti is organised into three categories - Inter-School Competition, Inter University Competition, and Kavyanjali. An Inter-School Declamation competition was held on the first day of the Literary Fest where students from different schools participated.
Sejal Singh of Divine Light School Haridwar bagged the winning trophy and Subhi Kamboj of Greenway Modern School Roorkee stood as the runner-up.
The day observed several events being organized Short Story Writing, Skit Competitions, Painting Competitions, and Calligraphy competitions where students spared no effort to surprise everyone with their creativity.
The highlight of the event, the poetic fest Kavyanjali featured famous poets like Sarita Sharma, Syam Srivastav, Gaurav Sharma, and Ajay Anjam who showcased their poetic talent. Apart from them, student participants recited their own original or adapted creations ranging from patriotism to love and joy.
Vivek Kumar, Vice Chancellor, of Quantum University said, "We congratulate all the participants, winners, faculties, and esteemed poets for making Abhivyakti - Literary Fest another successful one. Efforts would be made to make this event more beneficial for the students in the year to come".
‘Abhivyakti’ is a tribute to literary brilliance and a celebration of the vibrant cultures thriving within the Quantum University community. It has earned a prestigious name among literary activities in both Uttarakhand and across India over the years.
