NEW DELHI: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi interacted with students at the Post Graduate Men's Hostel of the Delhi University on May 5, 2023 to interact with the students. However, the DU vice-chancellor's office takes serious note of the 'unauthorised visit and unannounced entry without any prior information.'

According to the DU VC's office, this visit raised concerns for the hostel inmates and the leader. "University authorities will take necessary steps to avoid such incidents of this trespassing and will ensure that this does not happen in future again," read a statement.
