The Assam High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC), or Class 10 results, will be released today at 10:30 am. The State Education Minister will release the HSLC results and announce the pass percentage, the boys vs girls passing ratio, the topper’s marks, and other details. Once released, students will be able to check and download their results from the Secondary Education Board, Assam (SEBA) official website, sebaonline.org.

The class 10 exams were conducted between February 10 and February 27. Over 4.38 lakh candidates registered for HSLC examinations this year.

Passing Marks: To pass the class 10 or HSLC exams, the students should secure at least 30 per cent marks in each subject. An overall aggregate of 30 per cent is also required to pass.

Pass percentage over the years

This year’s pass percentage will be announced at the press conference today.

• In 2025, the overall pass percentage stood at 63.98%
• In 2024 it was higher at 75.70%
• In 2023, pass percentage was recorded at 72.69%
• In 2022, it was 56.49%
• In 2021, the pass percentage was recorded at 64.80%

How to check ASSEB Assam HSLC Result 2026

Students should be ready with their roll numbers to download Assam class 10 marksheets

• Go to the official website resultsassam.nic.in.
• On homepage, click on the "SEBA HSLC Result 2026" link
• In the next step, candidates should enter their roll number and required details and log in
• Result will open up on screen
• Go through the same and download it
• Take its printout for future references

In 2025, the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) extended the HSLC 2026 application deadline to October 21 and the fee payment deadline to October 24. The extension was provided due to Durga Puja holidays. Students had to provide valid bank details.
