RIT Rajaramnagar to conduct 5 week virtual internship program on Material Science from June 15

NEW DELHI: Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Rajaramnagar (Islampur) will organize a virtual internship program on Material Science from June 15. The title of the program is Role of Composite and Smart Materials in Structural Design. The total duration of internship will be 5 week starting from June 15 to July 15. The internship program is being organised in collaboration with the Global Engineering Dean’s Council India Chapter.
Undergraduate and Postgraduate students of Mechanical, Civil, Automobile and Aerospace Engineering can apply for the internship program. Students have to register for the internship in advance by filling the online form. A registration fee of Rs.4000 is also applicable for attending the seminar.
The internship course will prepare the participants to tackle real-world problems of the structural design and will enrich the knowledge of materials and design and enable them to work with the R & D department. Also, as per the UGC guidelines dated 29/04/2020, this virtual internship fulfills the academic requirement of Industrial /Field Training to be completed during summer vacation.
