RRB ALP 2018 Mock Test Available Now; Exam To Begin From August 9

The mock test of RRB ALP is available now. To login, candidates have to enter their user ID and password. The first stage CBT of RRB ALP is scheduled to be conducted from August 9, 2018. Candidates appearing for RRB ALP can take the mock test to practice and understand the functionalities of an online exam. RRB ALP admit card 2018 for first stage CBT will be issued from August 5, 2018.

Key Points related to RRB ALP Mock Test 2018

  • The countdown timer is displayed at the top right corner of the screen.

  • The question palette is displayed at the right side of screen which shows the status of each question.

  • Candidates can click ‘Profile’ image on top right corner of their screen to change the language during the exam.

  • To save answer and proceed to the next question, candidates will have to click ‘Save and Next’ button.

  • Click ‘Mark for Review and Next’ to mark the question for review.

  • Sections of question paper are displayed on the top bar of the screen.

  • Candidates have the option to shuffle between sections and questions.

How to take RRB ALP Mock Test 2018?

  • To select answer, click on the button of one of the options.

  • To deselect chosen answer, click on the button of the chosen option again or click on the clear response button.

  • To change chosen answer, click on the button of another option

Meanwhile, Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) has released the section-wise marks distribution of first stage CBT. According to RRB ALP exam pattern 2018, the first stage CBT will be conducted for 60 minutes. The objective type question paper will carry total 75 questions from Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Science and General awareness and Current Affairs. Total marks allotted for the exam is 75.

The first stage CBT of RRB ALP is to shortlist candidates for the second stage CBT. Candidates will have to secure qualifying marks as per category to qualify the exam. The qualifying marks for general category is 40 % while it is 30 % for OBC. The qualifying marks for SC is 30 % while it is 25 % for ST.

As many as 26502 vacancies have been released for RRB ALP recruitment exam. The selection process includes - first stage CBT, second stage CBT, Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) and document verification.
