Candidates can download the Railway Recruitment Board Junior Engineer (RRB JE 2026) results on the regional websites of RRBs.
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the RRB JE CBT 2 result 2026 today, September 16. Candidates can download the Railway Recruitment Board Junior Engineer (RRB JE 2026) results on rrb.indianrailways.gov.in and also on the regional websites of the RRBs.
Candidates shortlisted for the RRB JE CBT 2 round will have to appear for document verification (DV) and medical examination (ME). The shortlisted candidates will have to submit all the original documents along with two sets of photocopies in A4 size, as detailed in the CEN and e-call letter.
As per reports, more than 39,000 appeared for the CBT 2 exam on July 2.
RRB JE recruitment drive aims to fill vacancies for junior engineer, depot material superintendent, chemical supervisor, and metallurgical assistant under advertisement number CEN 05/2025.
Notably, for the Kolkata region, 626 candidates have qualified for the DV and ME rounds.

The steps to download the RRB JE CBT 2 result 2026 are given below.
- Visit the regional website of RRB.
- Click on the ‘RRB JE CBT 2 2026 Result’ PDF link available.
- Log in using credentials.
- RRB JE CBT 2 result 2026 PDF will be displayed on screen.
- Use Ctrl + F and type roll number.
Candidates have been shortlisted for the DV round as per guidelines, considering community-wise cutoff marks for various categories of posts, their post preferences, and the merit index in stage 2 CBT.
