Join Careers360 PremiumThe Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has commenced the registration process for the RRB technician recruitment exam 2025 for grade 1 and grade 3 posts. Eligible candidates can register for the RRB technician recruitment exam 2025 by July 28 through the official website at rrbapply.gov.in.
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 6,238 vacancies. Out of these, 183 posts are reserved for technician grade 1 posts and 6,055 technician grade 3 posts. The modification window for making corrections in the application form will be open from August 1 to August 10, 2025.
To register for the RRB Technician exam 2025, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), ex-servicemen, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and economically backwards classes will have to pay an application fee of Rs 250. For all other categories, the application fee is Rs 500.
The last date to pay the application fee for the RRB Technician exam 2025 is July 30. Eligible candidates requiring a scribe will have to submit their scribe details on the application portal between August 11 and August 15, 2025.
To be eligible for the posts, candidates should meet the age criteria as on July 1, 2025. For Technician Grade 1 Signal, the age should be between 18 years old and 33 years old, while for Technician Grade 3, it should be between 18 years old and 30 years old.
