Sagar Public School Lift the Girls and Boys Micro Mini Inter School Football Fiesta 2018

NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 19: On the second day of Micro Mini Inter School Football Fiesta 2018 (under 12 Category) held at Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar exciting semifinals and final matches were played in boys and girls categories.
In the girl’s category the final match was played between Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar and St. Thomas Convent School in which the girls team of Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar won the match by 2-0 to lift the Girls Micro Mini Inter School Football Fiesta 2018.
In the boy’s category, first semi-final match was played Billabong International School Vs The Sanskaar Valley School in which Billabong International School won the match by 2-0 to enter the final. The second semi-final match was played Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar Vs Mansarovar School in which Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar won the match in penalties by 4-3 to enter the finals. The Boys Final Match was played between Billabong International School Vs Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar in which Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar won by 2-1 in an exciting match to lift the trophy of Boys Micro Mini Inter School Football Fiesta 2018.
A prize distribution ceremony marked the day in presence of Chief Guest Santosh Kumar Sharma, Retd. Sr. Football Coach, Sports Authority of India, Bhopal and Pankaj Sharma, Principal Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar presenting the trophies to winning teams and runner-up teams along with participation certificate to all teams. Vartika and Mast. Aniket of Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar bagged the Best Goal Keeper Award in girls and boys category respectively. Aishanya Edla of Sagar Public School & Mohd. Miran Khan of Billabong International School bagged the Best Scorer Award in girls and boys category whereas Anushree Baike of St Thomas Convent School and Mast. Manan Singh Oberoi of Billabong International School bagged the player of tournament trophy in girls and boys category.
Sudhir Kumar Agrawal, Chairman, Sagar Group and Principal, Ms Pankaj Sharma congratulated the winning teams for their achievements and hard work.
