SBI Clerk 2021 Exam postponed due to COVID 19

The State Bank of India has issued a notice on the official website in which it has announced that SBI Clerk prelims exam 2021 has been postponed due to COVID 19.

NEW DELHI: The State Bank of India has announced that the SBI Clerk 2021 prelims exam which was supposed to be held in June has been postponed due to Covid 19. Earlier last week the SBI had issued the pre-training admit card for candidates belonging to specific categories. The new date for the SBI clerk 2021 prelims exam will be announced only after reviewing the COVID 19 situation.

Owing to the postponement of the SBI Clerk prelims exam 2021, it is likely that the mains exam for the same will also be rescheduled now. The SBI in its notification had mentioned that the SBI Clerk 2021 exam will be conducted for filling at least five thousand vacancies. Meanwhile, last year there were a total of 8,000 vacancies for which the recruitment drive was undertaken. The final selection of the candidate will be made based on the vacancies in the state for which he or she has applied

SBI Clerk Pre-Exam Training Admit Card

The State Bank of India had issued the pre-exam training admit card on May 28. It was emailed to the candidates. The SBI Clerk 2021 admit card was likely to be released in the first week of June and now the new date will be announced by the SBI on its official website after assessing the COVID 19 situation.

Candidates will be required to download the SBI Clerk admit card by using their registration id and password.

SBI Clerk Exam Pattern 2021

The SBI clerk preliminary exam is conducted in computer based mode wherein the candidates are expected to answer multiple choice questions. The SBI Clerk prelims exam is of one hour in which candidates are required to answer 100 questions. The total marks out of which the candidates will be evaluated is 100.

The different sections from which the questions are asked include numerical and reasoning ability as well as English language.
