SBI PO Mains 2019 Exam Conducted; Check Details Here

NEW DELHI, JULY 20: State Bank of India (SBI) has conducted the mains exam of SBI PO 2019 on July 20. The mains exam of SBI PO was conducted in 33 states and Union Territories across the country. Around 20,000 candidates who qualified SBI PO prelims exam were eligible to appear for SBI PO mains 2019. SBI PO 2019 is being conducted for 2000 vacancies.
As per feedback received from the candidates we can summarized SBI PO 2019 mains question paper was moderate to difficult category. Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude sections were the moderate to difficult in nature while English section and General Awareness was comparatively easy to moderate.
Candidates were given 3 hours to attempt the objective part of the paper which had sections of Data Analysis and Interpretation, Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, English Language, and General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness. All four sections carried a total of 200 marks. Candidates also took the exam for a descriptive section which had questions of letter writing and essay writing in 30 minutes. 50 marks were allotted to the descriptive section. Total marks allotted for SBI PO mains exam are 250.
Candidates who qualify SBI PO 2019 mains exam will be called to appear for interview and group discussion. SBI PO 2019 interview is expected to be conducted in the month of September. A final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the mains exam and interview of SBI PO.

Candidates who make it to the SBI PO final merit list will be appointed as Probationary Officers in branches of SBI across the country.
