NEW DELHI: State Bank of India (SBI) has commenced the registration process for the recruitment of various Probationary Officer (PO) vacancies today, December 27. Interested candidates will be able to fill the SBI PO 2024 application form through the official website, sbi.co.in. As per the official notification, the SBI PO recruitment 2024 drive aims to fill a total of 600 vacancies in the department.

Candidates will be able to fill the SBI PO 2024 application form till January 16. The SBI PO 2024 selection process includes three stages- prelims, mains, and psychometric test.
The SBI PO 2024 prelims exam is scheduled to be conducted on March 8 and 15 at various exam centres across the country. The SBI PO prelims admit card will be issued in the third or fourth week of February 2025. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the SBI PO hall tickets 2024.
The SBI PO 2024 Main exam will be held in April or May 2025. The exact date for SBI PO main 2024 exam will be announced indue course of time. The SBI PO 2024 final merit list will be prepared using main exam interview scores.

SBI PO 2024 application fee
To complete the SBI PO recruitment 2024 registration process, candidates must pay an application fee. For candidates belonging to the General, Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) categories, the application fee is set at Rs 750. However, candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories are exempt from paying the application fee.
The SBI PO 2024 preliminary exam will consist of objective type questions. There will be a total of 100 questions divided into three sections English Language, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability. The SBI PO 2024 prelims exam will be held for a duration of 1 hour.
