"Upper age limit is, however, relaxable by 5 years for scheduled caste/scheduled tribe candidates, 3 years for backward class candidates and 8 years for physically handicapped candidates," the WBSSC official notice said.
CM said the government will implement a comprehensive quality education programme from June 3 to 13 to help children gain class-appropriate knowledge and skills. The initiative aims to support students in progressing in their studies, he added.
Police said the motive for the alleged murder was a year-old dispute between the two classmates but added that further investigation was underway.
