NEW DELHI: Symbiosis International (Deemed University) will close the registration window for Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) 2025 and SITEEE (Symbiosis Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam) on April 12. Eligible candidates can apply for the entrance exam through the official website at set-test.org.
The university conducts the SET and SITEE for admission to full-time undergraduate (UG) programmes, including Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Bachelor of Technology (BTech) at the Symbiosis Institutes.

Admit cards for SET entrance test will be issued on April 25 while the exam hall ticket for the SITEEE 2025, will be released on April 30. Notably, candidates can opt for up to two test attempts, and the higher score among the two will be considered for percentile calculation.
“Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) serves a gateway to 11 renowned undergraduate institutes across diverse fields, including Management, Mass Communication, Economics, Applied Statistics & Data Science, Information Technology, Sport & Exercise Science, Computer Applications, and Liberal Arts with campuses in Pune, Noida, Nagpur, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad,” as per the official statement by the university.
SITEE, on the other hand, offers engineering programmes across 3 institutes in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning, computer science, robotics and automation, electronics and telecommunications, civil and mechanical engineering.

Candidates, who have passed Class 12 board exams from a recognised board with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% for Scheduled caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST)), are eligible to apply for the SET 2025. In addition, candidates must have a 7.5 CGPA and above to apply for the honours with research programmes.
Whereas, applicants should have passed Class 12 board exams with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following: chemistry, computer science, electronics, information technology, biology, informatics practices, biotechnology, technical vocational subject, agriculture, engineering graphics, business studies, or entrepreneurship to apply for the SITEEE 2025 entrance examination.
“Alternatively, candidates who have completed a D.Voc. program in the same or an allied field are also eligible. The university will also offer bridge courses in subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Engineering Drawing etc., helping students from diverse backgrounds build a strong foundation and achieve the desired learning outcomes,” the university added.
Candidates applying for SET 2025 will be assessed on topics such as general english, quantitative aptitude, general awareness, and analytical and logical reasoning, offering a fair and holistic assessment.
SITEEE 2025 will assess candidates on the knowledge of core competencies in physics, chemistry, and mathematics. Both the entrance exams will comprise of 60 objective questions, spread across three to four sections, with no negative marking.
As per the official statement by the university, a non-refundable fee of Rs 2,250 per test and Rs 1,000 per programme is applicable. Candidates can complete their application by paying the fee through a demand draft in favour of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat.”
