SIIB Pune records highest placement package of Rs 24.65 lakh; MBA in agri business reaches Rs 16.18 lakh

NEW DELHI: Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), placements spanned three Master of Business Administration (MBA) programmes, including international business, agri-business, and sustainability management, for the 2024 academic year. The highest placement package of Rs 24.65 lakh per annum (LPA) was offered for the MBA in International Business programme.

As per the institute, the MBA-IB curriculum includes core business courses and training in export-import management, trade finance, forex management, international marketing, global supply chain management, mergers and acquisitions, and international commercial law.

According to the official press release, graduates of this programme are prepared for various roles, including international business consultant, export/import manager, global supply chain manager, international marketing manager, foreign exchange analyst, and business development manager.

MBA in Agri-Business, Sustainability Management placement highlights

The highest package for the MBA-Agri-Business programme records Rs 16.18 LPA. The programme’s curriculum combines management fundamentals with agriculture-focused courses, including rural marketing, agriculture finance, microfinance, and agri supply chain management.

The MBA-Sustainability Management programme achieved the highest package of Rs 15.95 LPA during the placement session. This specialised curriculum covers areas such as climate change, corporate sustainability, energy management, and carbon market.
