SITEEE 2025 mock test registration deadline today; entrance exam on May 5, 11

NEW DELHI: The Symbiosis International University (SIU) will close the registrations for the SIT Engineering Entrance Exam (SITEEE) 2025 mock test today, February 2. The university will be conducting the SITEEE 2025 mock test on February 6, 2025.

Candidates, who will complete their registration and payment for SITEEE 2025 mock test by midnight, today, will be eligible to apply for the test. Applicants have to use their username (combination of SET and SET ID) and password to apply for the mock test through the official website, siu.edu.in.

The registrations for SITEEE 2025 entrance exam will be closed on April 12 and the exam will be conducted on May 5 and 11 from 11:30 to 12:30 pm. As per the official notification, candidates can appear for the SITEEE 2025 on both the dates and the higher score will be considered in deciding the percentile result.

The SITEEE mock test will be a multiple choice question (MCQ) test where each question will have four answers. Candidates will have to choose the correct answer from the given options. The test will consist of 3 sections; physics, chemistry and mathematics.

The duration of the SITEEE 2025 mock test will be 60 minutes. Each question will carry one mark each and there is no negative marking for wrong answers.

“The marks achieved on the SITEEE mock test are for the candidate's reference only and will have no impact on their final SITEEE 2025 score or their further selection process,” the institute said on the official website.

SITEEE 2025: Eligibility

Candidates should fall under the following eligibility criteria to sit for SITEEE 2025.

  • Candidates should have completed Class 12 from a recognised board with physics and mathematics as core subjects, also should have one of chemistry, biotechnology, biology, or technical as vocational subjects.
  • Candidates should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for reserved categories) in the above given subjects combined.
  • For the BTech (Lateral Entry) programme, candidates should have completed a diploma in the relevant branch of engineering or technology with at least aggregate of 45% (40% for reserved categories).
  • Candidates who have completed their qualifying examination from a foreign board or university are required to obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
