NEW DELHI: Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) has introduced the ‘Future Leader Scholar’ programme in collaboration with Coursera. The programme will offer a merit-based scholarship for professionals applying to its Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Online programme.
The scholarship will provide a 30% fee waiver, full access to Coursera Plus, and mentorship from SPJIMR faculty and alumni. The scholarship aims to recognise individuals with the vision and capability to lead with purpose, making management education accessible while building a community of future changemakers.
The PGDM Online programme combines an industry-focused curriculum with global learning tools, providing professionals with the skills to navigate an AI-driven business environment. The programme brings together professionals from various industries, including technology, e-commerce, consulting, manufacturing, and the public sector.
Participants include early-career executives and senior leaders, creating opportunities for peer learning. Recent cohorts have included professionals in product, engineering, data science, finance, and HR from firms such as Amazon, Johnson & Johnson, Cisco, HCL Tech, ACC, TCS, and Mitsubishi.
Speaking about the ‘Future Leader Scholar’ programme, Debmallya Chatterjee, Chairperson, PGDM Online at SPJIMR, said, “Through this collaboration with Coursera, we aim to bridge the gap between emerging technologies and essential leadership capabilities.
