NEW DELHI: The Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) placement 2024 saw more than 500 offers totalling to Rs 43.42 crores. The highest salary package secured by the students of the Delhi University college stands at Rs 35 lakh while the average package has been recorded at Rs 8.63 lakh.
Over 135 recruiters participated in the SRCC placement drive spanning across 15 industries including consulting, investment banking, FMCG, startups, and e-commerce. Firms such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deutsche Bank, Blackstone, Kearney, Bank of America, Nomura, L.E.K. Consulting, and Accenture made offers. The college saw a 29% increase in the number of companies visiting the campus.
In case of internships, students secured more than 115 offers generating a gross stipend amount of Rs 47.25 lakh. The highest stipend has been recorded at Rs 3.67 lakh per month while the gross value saw an increase of 98% this year.

Organisations such as Deloitte, Accenture Strategy, Marico, and ICF Consulting participated in the recruitment drive for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), while Bain & Company, Dabur, EY, and Better.com, have expressed interest in hiring them.
A beneficiary of the PwD Recruitment Drive stated, “I express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the placement cell, SRCC. They played a significant role in helping me secure my job at Accenture Strategy. My experience with the placement procedure was great. The Placement Cell is well-versed with each step of the process. I am thankful to Shri Ram College of Commerce for providing us with great exposure and a wide range of opportunities to reach our goals.”
Moreover, the phase 1 of SRCC placements 2024-25 is underway, with more than 220 offers so far. New recruiters like Goldman Sachs, S&P Global, and NIIFL have joined, leading to a 30% increase in offer value compared to last year, as per chief secretary of the placement cell.
