NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will issue the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) admit card 2024 for some regions soon. The commission will issue tier 1 hall tickets for the Northern region, Eastern region, Southern region, and Karnataka Kerala region.

Candidates will be able able to download the SSC CGL tier 1 admit card 2024 through the official webiste, ssc.gov.in and ssc.nic.in. As of now the commission has released the admit cards for MPR region, Central region, Western region, North-west region and North east region.

Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the SSC CGL tier 1 admit card 2024.

SSC CGL tier 1 exam 2024 date

The SSC CGL tier 1 examination is scheduled to be held from September 9 to 26, 2024 at various exam centres across the country. SSC CGL 2024 recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 17,727 vacancies in the department.

SSC CGL 2024 selection process

The SSC CGL selection process consists of four main stages:

  1. Tier 1: Computer-Based Exam with sections on Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English (200 marks, 60 minutes).

  2. Tier 2: Computer-Based Exam with papers on Quantitative Abilities, English, Statistics, and General Studies, depending on the post (200 marks each, 120 minutes per paper).

  3. Tier 3: Descriptive Paper in English/Hindi, covering essay writing, letter/application writing (100 marks, 60 minutes).

  4. Tier 4: Skill/Proficiency Tests like Data Entry Speed Test (DEST) or Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) for specific posts.

Finally, candidates undergo document verification, and the final selection will be based on combined scores from Tier-1, 2, and 3.
