NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) successfully conducted the SSC CGL tier 1 exam today.The SSC CGL tier 1 exam was conducted in three shifts in computer based online mode. As per the SSC CGL exam analysis 2021, the candidates who appeared in the entrance test, found most of the questions as moderately difficult. This was the general feedback from the students. Few students also found the questions to be time consuming. According to the SSC CGL exam analysis, candidates in the second shift found the questions as easy.

What after the SSC CGL exam?
SSC will release the provisional SSC CGL answer key for tier 1 a few days after the exam is conducted. The provisional answer key will be followed by the final answer key of SSC CGL, after addressing the objections raised by candidates. SSC will release the SSC CGL tier 1 result in online mode after the final answer key.
What is the SSC CGL exam?
The SSC CGL exam is conducted in 4 tiers. SSC conducts the CGL exam to recruit candidates for various Group B and C posts in government departments. The SSC CGL exam is also known as mini-UPSC exam by some experts. The posts for which the SSC CGL exam is conducted are - Assistant Section Officer, Income Tax Inspector, Central Excise Inspector and Assistant Audit Officer.
